Dawn Landes is a trained professional whose
culinary education has been in
the making all her life. She learned at an early age
from both her
grandmother and mother who were fabulous bakers.
After attending college,
she opened a pastry business, specializing in
wedding and fantasy cake
design.
After moving to St. Louis, she decided one
could not live on cake
alone, so she attended the Culinary Arts Program at
Forest Park Community
College to broaden her skills. Her cooking
adventures have taken her to
Theoule, France where she received a certificate of
completion from the
Rhodes School of Cooking for her studies in
Mediterranean and traditional
French cuisine.
She also has received the Culinary
Business Academy's
Personal Chef Certification and is a member of the
United States Personal
Chef Association.
